Received a new roof on 3/1/2022, I wanted to give a huge shout out to the entire Good News Roofing Team. The initial meeting was extremely informative and very easy to understand. From the vase array of colors, styles, and drip edges there was never any pressure. Brook was our saleswoman, administer on site, and available at anytime there was a question or concern. Her expertise was evident from her 1st step onto our property. Her crew, lead by Jesus, were very professional, punctual, and professional. The property was left cleaner than when they arrived and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kudos again to Brook and Jesus, as well as Jordan, in the office, as they are huge assets to Good News Roofing, and making them highly recommended if you are in the market for a new roof.

Brook and the team at Good News Roofing are amazing! I had storm damage on my roof in late 2020. My first contractor ghosted me after my insurance denied the claim. I found Good News on google with great reviews so I called Brook to help out with my roof damage. She knew exactly what to do and had a second inspection done. My insurance company dragged out the claim but Brook was very tenacious with them about getting the claim processed. She met with the adjuster during the second inspection. Brook worked her magic and got the claim completed! She schedule time to arrive to explain the process, scheduled the install and showed us color options for the new roof! The amazing install team worked aggressively to finish the job as soon as possible! The same day before lunch they completed the job! The whole ordeal was frustrating due to the former contractor abandoning us and the insurance company dragging out the whole process, however, Brook and the team at Good New Roofing came to the rescue! If you are looking for a roofing company, you have to call Good New Roofing! They will get the job done with ease to you!

We were surprised recently with a small tornado that ripped many shingles from our roof and required the all shingles to be replaced. (This tornado caused damage to most of the homes in our rural community of 65 homes.) Luckily, we met Brook from Good News Roofing the day after the storm when she came to our neighborhood to meet with another customer. She was very informative and helpful in our decision process about what to do about our roof and most especially in working with our insurance adjuster to assure we got the coverage we needed to affect a good repair for our roof. Brook sent a specialist the next day to secure the roof against further damage by applying tarping to the most affected areas. This was most beneficial as we had a torrential rain the next day that surely would have caused leaking and more damage to our home had we not had the temporary repair. The team of roofing professionals, led by Jesus, were able to make repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. We were impressed by how friendly ALL of the team were while they worked very hard to quickly make repairs to our roof by removing and replacing the old shingles, turbines and vents. They hauled away all of the trash and even did an excellent job of removing the little bits of trash that inevitably occurs with such a job. Brook maintained contact throughout the entire process, and she even came the day of the roof replacement to assure that everything was being done to our satisfaction. The whole team did a great job, and we now have a great looking roof that complements the brick of our home! We highly recommend the services of Good News Roofing!
